Q. Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, I ship worldwide from Sydney to these countries:

Australia, Canada, China, European Union, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States.
All parcels sent with Australia Post are registered and parcels sent internationally are tracked.

Q. What currency are prices in?

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST (Australian Sales Tax). International buyers will not be charged Australian taxes, but please bear in mind you may be required to pay import taxes into your country.

Q. What units are measurements in?

Print sizes are given in inches, with the equivalent approximate size in centimeters.

Q. Do you offer framed prints?

I currently only offer unframed prints due to the logistics of offering a variety of frame styles.

Q. What paper do you use?

My paper prints are printed onto premium archival quality matte paper, which reduces the glare you get from glossy papers, with beautifully saturated rich colors.

Q. Are your prints signed?

Open Edition prints are unsigned and are not numbered. Limited Edition prints are signed by the artist and numbered, with a certificate of authenticity.

Q. What if my package is lost or damaged?

Packages are delivered via registered post and include a tracking code for peace of mind.

Packages that are taking longer than normal to arrive are usually delayed rather than lost, which is rare. Unfortunately, there is a small possibility that a package can become lost from time to time. A package will be considered to be lost if you have not received it within 5 weeks in Australia or 8 weeks for international orders. I will replace lost packages at no charge after the specified amount of time has passed.

Q. What is your return policy?

I would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases, so we ensure all items are professionally photographed and all items are listed correctly online with their size and dimensions. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, email huw@huwlambert.com

Please note, there are no returns, exchanges or change of mind with artwork that has been made to order.

Yes! Please email with your desired size and we'll get back to you with a quote.

Q. Is the artwork available for wholesale and licensing?

Wholesale enquiries are welcome, please email with your order size and we'll get back to you with a quote. Licensing quotes will be provided based on the image usage type (e.g product packaging / website etc), image size, print run, license duration, and territories.
